Healthy green smoothie, why not?

For some who don’t really love vegetables, specifically green veggies, here is a way for you to go healthy and achieve that beach body you dream of. 

Green leafy vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals. They also aid in digestion and cleansing your body. They may taste not so good when eating them as is but putting them together in a smoothie will do the trick. Also, adding honey and apple juice can add flavor to help you enjoy your drink.
